Coach Tom Lucas

I hold a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology and maintain my National Board Certification (NCC) in counseling through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I have been a practicing therapist since 2004, but my passion has always been coaching and that’s now the focus of my practice. While therapy is vital in assisting others with psychological and emotional disorders, coaching is focused on the present and what can be done now to achieve faster results and improve the quality of your life.

We won’t spend a great deal of time exploring the past. We will quickly move into achieving results and developing solutions to whatever challenges you are encountering today. I provide phone and internet based coaching specifically tailored for those who prefer to see a coach in the comfort and convenience of their own home, at their office or other location, or while traveling for business or pleasure. It is interesting to note that 75% of all coaching consumers are served via the internet.
